1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Find AI List ("we", "us", or "our"). We provide digital advertising and directory listing services for AI tools and software. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate labor involved in reviewing and publishing content, our refund policy is structured to be fair but strict regarding completed services.
By making a purchase on Find AI List (including "Tool Submissions", "Featured Listings", or "Sponsorships"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Tool Submission Fees
We offer various paid submission tiers (e.g., "Fast Track", "Expedited Review"). The fee paid is for the service of the review process, not a guarantee of publication.
- Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you request a cancellation before our team has commenced the review process within 1-2 hours (typically designated by a status change to "In Review").
- Non-Refundable: Once a review has been performed, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the tool is approved or rejected. This covers the administrative time and labor costs associated with the review.
- Rejection Standards: If your tool is rejected for violating our content guidelines (e.g., adult content, scams, malware, broken links), no refund will be issued.
3. Featured Listings & Sponsorships
Featured listings are time-based advertising slots that provide enhanced visibility.
- Before Activation: If you cancel a scheduled Featured Listing at least 24 hours before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund. The refunded amount will be processed & credited within 5-10 days.
- Active Campaigns: Once a Featured Listing is live (status "Active"), no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the campaign. The advertising space has been reserved and consumed.
- Performance Guarantee: We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, views, leads, or sales. Refunds will not be issued based on the performance or ROI of your listing.
4. Technical Issues & Errors
We stand by the quality of our platform. Exceptions to the "No Refund" policy may be made under the following technical circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If a technical error causes you to be charged multiple times for a single transaction, we will immediately refund the duplicate amount(s).
- Service Outage: If our platform experiences a critical outage exceeding 24 continuous hours during your active Featured Listing period, we will offer either a pro-rated refund for the downtime or (at our discretion) an extension of your listing duration equal to twice the downtime.
5. Subscription Cancellations
For any recurring subscription services (if applicable):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until that date.
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods (e.g., using only 10 days of a 30-day term).
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We take fraud and unverified disputes seriously.
- Contact Us First: If you do not recognize a charge, please contact support@findailist.com immediately. Most issues can be resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute.
- Ban Policy: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and the removal of all your listed tools from our platform.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy prior to making any purchase.
