The project establishes and maintains a universal legal and technical foundation for smart legal contracts, ensuring technology neutrality. It provides frameworks and tools like Cicero for generating structured templates and a Template Playground for online editing. This allows contracts to be written once and used across various supported technologies, fostering innovation and interoperability within the legal tech space.
