Step 1: Patient is fitted with an MCOT or ePatch device prior to discharge.

Step 1: Patient wears ePatch for up to 14 days.

Step 4: Reports are generated for physician review, leading to diagnosis and treatment plans.

Step 1: Patient is monitored using MCOT or ePatch.

Step 2: ECG is recorded during syncopal events, if possible.

Step 3: Data is analyzed to identify potential cardiac causes of syncope.

Step 4: Physician uses data to determine if cardiac intervention is needed.

Step 1: Patient starts a new medication.

Step 2: Patient uses MCOT for continuous monitoring.

Step 3: ECG data is reviewed for any adverse effects related to the medication.

Step 4: Physicians adjust dosage or discontinue medication based on the findings.

Step 1: Patient is placed on remote monitoring immediately post-procedure.

Step 2: ECG data is continuously monitored.

Step 3: Any post-operative arrhythmias are promptly detected.

Step 4: Appropriate interventions are implemented to manage arrhythmias and prevent complications.
