Users can integrate calendars from Google, Outlook, Apple, and Fastmail, as well as tasks from Notion, ClickUp, Linear, and Todoist. The AI Planner evaluates capacity, highlights at-risk tasks, and suggests optimal scheduling, providing real-time adjustments. Morgen aims to reduce the time spent switching between apps, avoid double-bookings, and manage overloaded days. The system allows users to template their ideal week using Frames to guide AI recommendations, schedule tasks, and automate calendar management, including travel and buffer time.
