Step 1: Load the chest CT DICOM series into OsiriX MD.

Step 4: Use the volume rendering tool to create a 3D model of the lungs and nodules for better visualization.

Step 1: Import the hip CT DICOM series into OsiriX MD.

Step 2: Segment the femur and pelvis using manual or semi-automatic segmentation tools.

Step 3: Create 3D models of the bones and plan the implant placement using virtual surgical tools.

Step 4: Measure angles and distances to optimize implant size and orientation.

Step 1: Load the cardiac MRI DICOM series into OsiriX MD.

Step 2: Use the cine playback tool to review the images in real-time.

Step 3: Segment the left ventricle at end-diastole and end-systole.

Step 4: Calculate the ejection fraction and other relevant parameters using the built-in analysis tools.

Step 1: Load the CT perfusion DICOM series into OsiriX MD.

Step 2: Generate parametric maps, such as cerebral blood flow (CBF), cerebral blood volume (CBV), and mean transit time (MTT).

Step 3: Identify areas of reduced CBF and CBV to diagnose the ischemic core.

Step 4: Assess the extent of penumbral tissue based on the mismatch between CBF and CBV.

Step 1: Import baseline and follow-up CT or MRI DICOM series into OsiriX MD.

Step 2: Identify and measure target lesions using the built-in measurement tools.

Step 3: Calculate the change in size of the target lesions over time.

Step 4: Classify the tumor response based on RECIST criteria (e.g., complete response, partial response, stable disease, progressive disease).
