Apply Glow or Drop Shadow effects.

Use the Magic Wand to refine transparency.

Save as WebP.

Set canvas to 32x32.

Enable Grid View (Pixel Grid).

Use the Pencil tool with 1px width.

Disable Antialiasing for sharp edges.

Export as GIF.

Import background image.

Add a new layer for text elements.

Use the Gradient tool for header backgrounds.

Apply 'Object Alignment' plugin for symmetry.

Flatten to PNG for final output.

Open the Curves adjustment window.

Select individual RGB channels.

Rebalance the white point and shadows.

Apply 'Unsharp Mask' to improve detail.

Save as high-quality TIFF.
