How are my files protected?

Zamzar keeps your files and data secure, and offer choice and control over when files are deleted. Free converted files are stored securely for a maximum of 24 hours, while paying users’ files are stored until they choose to delete them. All users can delete files sooner than the expiry point for their file.

How many files can I convert per day?

A paid Zamzar account gives you an unlimited number of file conversions per day with the web app, removing the free service limit of 2 files per 24 hours. You also get more file conversions per day through the desktop app (see the table above for limits).

What if my file doesn't convert?

If you have an issue converting your file, the dedicated support team will liaise with the engineers to convert the file. For any other issues, you can email them anytime and their team will investigate for you.

Will I be locked into a contract?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You won't be charged for your next billing cycle, and you'll be able to keep using the account until the end of the period you've already paid for.
